Federal Election Law requires Hendrickson for House Committee to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate is in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions to Hendrickson for House Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, national banks and foreign nationals without permanent residency status are prohibited.
Individuals may give up to $2,700 per election (primary and general) for a person maximum of $5,400. (In South Dakota as I am running as an Independent, I will not have a primary election challenge so the per person maximum will remain $2,700.) Federal PACs may contribute $5,000 for each election.
The funds that I am donating to the Hendrickson for House Committee are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution. This contribution is being made on my credit or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made either on a corporate or business entity credit or debit card or on the credit or debit card of another person. I am a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident. I am not a federal government contractor.
